Dutchess County DPW selected HVEA for this transformative project to design a new intersection at Main Street (CR 114) with North and South Grand Avenue in the Town and City of Poughkeepsie. This intersection was identified as an area of high crashes and poor pedestrian accommodation and is the 6th busiest County highway by volume.  HVEA will provide three design alternatives including a roundabout.
