The NYSDOT selected HVEA for this 5-year term agreement to provide consultant design services for projects encompassing some of the following tasks:  bridge/culvert replacements & rehabilitations, highway rehabilitation, public involvement, environmental assessments & studies, traffic engineering and construction support services.
