Route 7 over I-87 Interchange: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan

HVEA was a subconsultant to Clough Harbour Associates on this NYSDOT project. HVEA produced the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and designed the drainage system for this Single Point Urban Interchange in Colonie, Region 1, NY.

This project was funded with federal funds through the Federal Highway Administration and NYSDOT.

The project included:

  • Stormwater pollution prevention plan
  • Erosion control
  • Wetland mitigation

HVEA was specifically responsible for the Stormwater Management Design and regulatory compliance. This work included the conceptual plan, preliminary and final design work, Stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and interim construction and final erosion and sediment control and stormwater best management practices design.
