Spring Road: U.S. Route 9 to Vassar Road

HVEA designed this project to rehabilitate Spring Road and its appurtenances. This included both horizontal and vertical realignments, roadway widening, resetting and replacing deficient guide railing and resurfacing the existing pavement. HVEA had 3R design standards approved for the project to aid in mitigating the impact of construction.

The project was funded with federal funds and was progressed under the oversight review of the NYSDOT Local Projects Group.
