The Pudding Street bridge and ramps over the Taconic State Parkway in Putnam Valley, NY are open.  This opening comes months ahead of schedule and will eliminate the need for detours, especially during the winter months, which will be a tremendous benefit to commuters, emergency service providers and residents.  HVEA is providing construction inspection services for this project and expects to complete this project by summer 2021.
