A primary service offered by HVEA, we provide comprehensive construction inspection services for a variety of projects including: bridge rehabilitation and replacement, roadway reconstruction, sidewalks and streetscape, retaining walls, and parking garages.  Our approach begins with a thorough understanding of the design and vision of the owner. Our team actively manages the construction effort, identifying trade-offs of cost and schedule changes, and ensures the owners get the best, most economical result. Owners are included throughout the process, from pre-cast contruction to project acceptance.

Training is key and many of our inspectors are certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Levels I through IV.  In addition, many of inspection personnel also have the OSHA 10 Hour and Nuclear Gauge Certfications.  Our qualified construction inspection group has the experience and knowledge to guide our client’s projects from plan to completion.

Owner Representation:  Our construction services group acts as an agent for the owner. HVEA provides advice during all phases of construction and helps to ensure that clients make informed decisions during the course of the project.
